Appointments available in a setting that is comfortable and convenient for you: In your home or in a community-setting like the park, library or coffee shop. Also offering telehealth in Oregon and California. Accepts cash, credit card, HSA card, or FSA card. Not accepting insurance at this time. A superbill can be provided to you for submission to your insurance upon request. Lynda Hathaway is a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) & Certified Dementia Practitioner with over 6 years experience working with adults in skilled nursing rehabilitation, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient settings. A graduate of Pacific University, Lynda has a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology. Additionally, she has extensive professional and educational experience in both child development and children's mental health which helps her connect to the youngest clients with compassion and respect. Evergreen Speech & Swallow Therapy works with clients experiencing a variety of symptoms impacting communication, voice, cognition, and swallowing function due but not limited to developmental speech sound disorders, stuttering & fluency disorders, stroke, brain injury, Alzheimer's & dementia, Parkinson's, and age-related declines. Lynda recognizes that you know yourself, or your loved ones, best and will collaborate in order to achieve your goals while utilizing evidence-based and personalized treatment plans. In addition to this passion for service, Lynda and her husband enjoy gardening, hiking, exploring neighborhood coffee shops & food carts, and road trips.
